Thales Builders (Thales) has been continuously operating since 1997 as a Florida Certified General Contractor. We specialize in structural work (shell) for residential and commercial buildings. Our residential projects include high-end custom residences and large communities of single-family homes, townhomes and apartments. We also provide consulting services to optimize execution and costs. BACKGROUND
Established in 1997 as Taliesin Builders, Thales Builders adopted its current name in 1999. Since then, we have completed shell work contracts for most of the leading developers in South Florida. In the last ten years, our team has worked with top developers such as Century Home Builders, Lennar Homes, Terra Group, Atlantic-Pacific, Pride Homes, Canterbury Homes and Adler Companies, just to name a few. Our company was awarded “Shell Contractor of the Year” in 2002, “Residential Developer of the Year” in 2008, and nominated again for the same award in 2012 by The Latin Builders Association. We are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and have earned the State of Florida Minority, Women & Service-Disabled Veteran (SDV) Business Certification. Since 1997, Thales has completed over 100 million dollars in contracts for shell work.
